Today highly developed pumps, all with the standard stainless steel shaft and rotor construction, which in time with new production processes have been modernized to be the probably best liquid ring vacuum pumps in the market. More info Single-stage pumps (1200 m3/h – 2400 m3/h) V32-V41 Two new pumps in a revolutionary new design. Liquid ring vacuum pumps developed for meeting our clients’ requirements, however with the point of origin in SAMSON PUMPS A/S’ unique construction technique. These pumps are characterized by a low weight and extremely flexible installation dimensions. More info Single-stage pumps (1200 m3/h – 6000 m3/h) V45-V65-V85 Heavy processes require high performance pumps. A pump series in demand with e.g. the oil industry and the fishing industry, where the pumps operate under extreme conditions. Even under those conditions Samson's pumps are able to present very low maintenance costs as all wearing parts – also in those large pumps – are constructed as exchangeable components. More info   Medium vacuum / 70-60 mbar abs Monobloc pumps (100 m3/h – 275 m3/h) W3-W5 The smallest vacuum pump of the medium vacuum area are constructed in a very compact monobloc design. By applying standard electric motors the pumps can, even with special requirements and wishes for the electric motor, be delivered at a very short delivery period. More info Single-stage pumps (360 m3/h – 1600 m3/h) W9-W11-W16-W22 Even with integration of automatic self-regulating valves in the pump’s air discharge pipes these pumps perform a high air flow under light as well as heavy stress. The valve system itself is manufactured of noncorrosive materials. More info Single-stage pumps (1000 m3/h – 5000 m3/h) W45-W65-W85 As for the low vacuum model of those pumps the main issue considered here is maintenance and the costs connected. Not only are the valve seats machined down in the casted guide discs of the pumps, the seats are also exchangeable and manufactured in acid-proof steel. As part of the low operational costs the high efficiency of the pumps should be counted in. More info High vacuum / 33 mbar abs Monobloc pumps (50 m3/h – 200 m3/h) W1-W1,5-W2 The three highly developed monobloc pumps are all made of noncorrosive materials such as S.S. AISI 314, bronze, and not least the application of composite making those pumps in a league of their own - when only the best is good enough. The composite’s sound absorbing effect provides the market’s most silent vacuum pumps of this size. More info   Two-stage pumps (250 m3/h – 700 m3/h) T12-T15 On the surface these pumps look like a traditional two-stage vacuum pump, but the construction of the pumps of solid S.S. steel shaft and impeller, like all other Samson pumps, means that this is an extremely strong vacuum pump, which in the compressor version can work at a pressure of up to 8 bars.
